I’ve come to see my body as an antenna, guiding me through life. Anytime I move my body, whether at the gym or at the park, I feel better, I act better, and I make better decisions.


I work with a diverse range of clients, all with unique fitness goals and challenges.


I use both my real life experience and training to help those who want to feel their best both physically and mentally. And unlike most trainers, our session can be performed right in the privacy of your home.
